I used Via Response in a prior class, but now my application doesn't work! What's wrong?
There could be three reasons that your application isn't working.
- The first reason is that you may be using the old application. We came up with a brand new application that you'll have to download! The application is called 'Via Response' in the application stores. You can also use our mobile-web application by going to m-viaconnect.viaresponse.com on your mobile device.
- The second reason could be an expired license. Try logging into your account on a computer or laptop at viaconnect.viaresponse.com. (Note: this message will not appear if you use either the mobile applications or the web-application)
- The final reason that you may be experiencing problems is if you have cookies disabled in your web browser. Via Connect requires cookies to operate properly. Please make sure that you enable cookies for the Via Connect site.
I received an email invitation from Via Response, but when I click on the Sign Up Button, it gives me an error!
Via has identified that some email platforms are altering Via's sign up links. First, try to open the email on a smartphone or tablet. If that doesn't work, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and the subject 'email signup quickfix'
How do I sign up?
Please review our Sign Up page here. It will take you through the process, step-by-step.
I didn’t receive an email invitation to Via Response – what do I do?
Your email may have a filter that sent the invitation email to your spam/junk folder. If it is not there, you may have not been included in the instructor’s roster when they sent out the invitations. Please contact us after verifying with your instructor that you are on their Via Response roster.
I signed up for Via Response, but I can't log in.
First, make sure you’re logging in to Via Response Student Edition ( https://viaconnect.viaresponse.com/Student/Login.aspx). If you are having trouble logging in from a mobile device, please go to the student login (above) from your computer. If you are still having trouble, please contact us.
Via Response says my “license has expired” or “my trial has ended.” What do I do now?
If your 14-day trial has ended OR your license has expired, you must purchase a new license in order to continue using the platform. All your information (responses, grades, etc.) is saved. If your instructor indicated that the Licenses are being paid for by your institution, please contact us and we will make sure your account is updated.
