I purchased my Via Connect license key and I know that my bank card was charged, but I never received an e-mail with my license key!

I messed up an information field on my credit or debit order, but after I corrected it and ordered Via Connect, it charged me again!
This is very common when you use a credit card. If you had the card information correct, your credit card company puts a “hold” on the funds, even if something (the billing address for example) is incorrect. Your credit card company should release the funds after a week. You can always log a ticket on the left side of this page through feedback if the hold is not lifted.
I just bought Via Connect, and I received my license key, but no section code! What happened?
Via Response does not supply the class section codes. Your teacher will generate a code when they create your class and they will either notify you or publish it in their syllabus.
Where is my student id located?! I can't sign up without it.
Correct, your student id is unique to every educational institution it’s usually numeric or alpha-numeric. They are usually assigned to you when you started school.
